Family run since May 2002 the Queens Head is a friendly local pub situated in the village of Hethersett.
Taken on by local hoteliers Richard Bond and David Gowing, the Queens Head was lovingly restored with the addition of an 80 seater restaurant and large beer garden. Ever since opening in 2002 we have become an integral part of Village life. We look forward to welcoming you through our doors.
With our extensive main menu served both lunch and dinner there is sure to be lots of choices to keep you coming back.
For those that want something lighter for lunch we offer a bar menu serving sandwiches, jacket potatoes and lighter options.
Alongside our menus we have daily changing specials with Fridays focusing on fresh fish specials.
Sunday Lunch
Sundays are all about the roasts. We offer a carvery every Sunday with sittings at 12 or 2pm. Alongside our roast pork, beef and turkey you will find a range of starters and desserts on offer as well as fish and vegetarian choices.
For those of you that want something lighter we offer a Sunday bar menu between 12-3pm.
We offer a range of beers, wines and spirits from our bar. From international drinks to local beers and real ales.

We also serve Edmunds cocktails, locally made these cocktails are perfect for sipping on our terrace.
Christmas is all about celebrating, at the Queens Head we are open throughout the Christmas period so there is always time to come down and celebrate with us.
We offer a Christmas Party menu for those wanting to get into the festive spirit or hold a work Christmas party.

On New Year’s Eve we offer our main menu alongside some specials with the bar open until late for you to toast in the new year.
